Navigation Problems

your browser may not be JavaScript enabled or Style Sheets enabled. To enable JavaScript you have to change Internet security options. If you choose not to enable these features you can still access information in this site through the Site Map.

To check for this problem in Internet Explorer 5.x
- in the browser menu, select Tools / Internet Options
- in the Internet Options dialog box, select Security tab and Custom Level button
- in the Security Settings dialog box, scroll to Scripting section,
- under Active Scripting, select the Enable radio button
- select the OK button at the bottom of the Security Settings dialog box

- if you are prompted with the message:  Warning! -
Are you sure you want to change the security settings for this zone?, 
select  Yes (for more information about changing this setting, please visit:

- in the Internet Options dialog box (still under the Security tab), 
select  OK  to save these changes
- in browser menu, select click View / Refresh to redisplay the screen.

PDF documents do not display or download

To display PDF files, Adobe Acrobat Reader is required. This software is available for free on the Adobe website -  http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html get FREE Acrobat Reader from Adobe

Excel (XLS) files do not display or download

To view Excel files posted on this site, MicroSoft Excel has to be installed on your computer. Excel files are provided as an alternative to HTML or PDF versions.
