Long Term Population Projections For
Newfoundland and Labrador: A Consultative Approach, November 2001
The following material documents the public consultation process used to develop regional population projections for Newfoundland and Labrador. The regional information and intelligence gathered during the consultation process was important to the regional component of the province's demographic study and final report, Demographic Change: Newfoundland & Labrador Issues and Implications.

The consultation process was carried out by the Economics and Statistics Branch, Department of Finance in partnership with the Planning and Coordination Division, Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency.
